Processing time
The time it takes me to process an order varies. In general, it takes between 1 to 3 working days before sending.

Delivery is available in Canada only, in the amount* of:

• $14.00 for orders under $75

• Free on orders over $75 (excluding promo codes and digital products or gift cards)

TerreNatura is not responsible for lost, damaged packages and/or Canada Post delivery errors. Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping address when completing their order.
